I would love to see User Account Templates created in exactly the same way Application Templates currently exist.
Provide the ability to create an Account Template and then deploy new accounts from that with the option to override the template on any of the specific settings. This way I can quickly deploy new accounts with all of the specific settings I need and only override the template on key items where I need to deviate from the standard. Also provide a field in the accounts overview to show which template each account is linked to for a quick reference.
