In the Profiler, be able to see which queries have EXPLAIN plans available

There are many reasons why we're unable to get EXPLAIN plans for some queries. In some environments, this makes it difficult to find queries that have EXPLAIN plans available. It would be great if there was some indication in the Profiler that EXPLAIN plans exist for a given query.
