Website latency monitor (Or tell me where to go....)

I'm not sure where to start so I'm starting here. I need to monitor/see the latency/packet drop/whatever that is causing a specific site to pause or reload in any web browser. We use an online service/site for quoting windows and at some stores it stutters or stops and the web browser will indicate it lost connection and then reload the page. I added the site ip address into NTA and I kinda see it pop up in some graphs but I'm not sure how to see the actual latency for that address. I'm new at this if this is the wrong place to ask please point me in the right direction.

For NTA to work, you need to configure your devices to send netflow data to your Orion server. Once you do that, this data automatically appear in NTA if you are monitoring the node in NPM.

In NPM, you can alert on latency or whatever. NTA will show you who and what is using your link. So start by checking if latency is the cause of your problem. If the application still fails when utilisation is low, then you'd need to investigate the application.
