Love this product, used it at two jobs now and it really does make life easier. Particularly with the IBM SVC feature as there is not many products that offer the support and the functionality that STM does for the SVC. My idea is for a little more visibility of the back end controller and the LUNs from within the SVC views and reports.
Most notable 'missing' feature is the ability to see the relationship of the 'mDisk_name', mdisk_UID to backend controller LUN_Name OR LUN_WWN is. With this single 'mapping' in the application you would have the best SVC support out there, including the hideously expensive IBM TPC. The current mDisk list does not contain the actual mDisks themselves (why?) let alone the mDisk_UID and it is hidden under the Asset TAB of the SVC page which is probably not the best place. Up in the storage TAB would be better I think.
