As per https://solarwindscore.my.site.com/SuccessCenter/s/article/Configure-website-URL-for-Alerts-and-Reports?language=en_US there are multiple ways of updating the system if you have a load balancer for connecting to your sites.
Previously, I have updated the primary FQDN value in the Websites table in the database, but this gets overwritten when you upgrade the version.
Hoping that some consideration can be put in place to overcome this between upgrades.
