If you have any questions, always feel free to post here in Thwack or reach out to your account manager. They could probably set you up with an engineer who could walk you through the tool and answer some questions. You might also consider installing a 30-day trial to get some hands-on experience with it in your environment. If that's not possible, you can also check out the online demo to get a feel for it.
