APE - logpollingservice not found

Hi everyone,

is there ever had same problem with me, I have APE, and it shows error after configuration wizard

From the error it looks like Log Viewer/Analyzer was once installed and then removed, but there is still a lingering registry key. Follow the steps outlined in the KB article below to fully remove Log Analyzer and then re-run the Configuration Wizard

Pay special attention to these steps.

• Delete the following registry key:
  • SolarWindsLogPollingService from Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\SolarWinds.Net\ConfigurationWizard\ServicesName

If you can find entry 479 under the following registry path, delete it also:

• Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\SolarWinds.Net\ConfigurationWizard\ConfiguredModules
