When using NCM to search through over 100 nodes the results only return hits from 10/23/21 as of 12/1/21.
Going into advanced search and trying to use filters to force it to find newer results doesn't help at all.
I've seen the feature request here NCM Search incomplete results - Feature Requests - Network Configuration Manager (NCM) - THWACK (solarwinds.com) but in that thread they were assuming it only affects a large amount of nodes, roughly 500. We only have a little over 100 and it's affecting us as well.
I've confirmed that all nodes have daily backups through the current date 12/1/21 and verified the data is all there.
