In addition to the existing alerting capabilities/actions (e.g., email, etc.) that currently exist, I would like the ability to specify certain computers within the LEM console application that are authorized to show a simple acknowledge "popup" text box with information about configured alerts without having to log into the console (the client application on the computer would simply show the popup alert regardless of who is logged on). So, if I currently have 100 (pick a number) computers with the LEM client installed and we are actively using LEM to monitor those computers, I'd like to have a few (one, two, three, etc) of those machines with the ability to receive and show certain "high-priority" configured alerts that we are monitoring for. We have a requirement to alert on identified malicious code and the disablement of certain services (among other alerts), but we are currently only capable of seeing these alerts from anywhere but the console (we don't run SMTP on our system). I'd like to be able to have other computers show these alerts on their screen without having to log into the LEM console to see them so that other personnel that may or may not have access to the LEM console can see the "high priority" alerts and notify other staff accordingly.
