Enable some options for "Most Expensive Queries" resource in AppInsight for SQL

1. It would be great if the first line in the "Query" column display the name of the stored procedure (if the query actually is a stored procedure). This would make it easier, and faster, to identify an offending stored procedure without having to go searching for it by comparing the query in SQL Server Management Studio.
2. We would like to be able to change the time displayed from milliseconds to actual seconds or minutes.
