Include both enabled and disabled SQL agent jobs in AppInsight for SQL jobs resource

I would like to see both our enabled and disabled jobs shown in the AppInsight for SQL job info.

Not sure what status is currently used for but we see 100% jobs as "UP" and would think importing in disabled jobs could report a Disabled status.

New icons for Job status could be created and displayed on resource while not conflicting with existing last run status check icons.

YES!!!

this is insanely problem causing for me with alerting b/c we have to do a force-acknowledge thing...then the job never clears b/c if disable, it is no longer in the tables...it removes those rows from the jobs table.

If you use my custom SWQL sql job resource it shows both.
