Prior to the upgrade to NPM 12.0.1 we had the "High Receive Utilization with Top Talkers" alert being sent to our email as a webpage and it was working well. Now it is being sent as a PDF. Some phones have trouble opening PDF documents, and this is not as efficient for us as the webpage was previously. Previously we only had to open the alert email and we could see the top talkers, now we need to open the email then open the PDF.
I already submitted a support ticket on this, and support said this was by design and they suggested adding this as a feature request.
