The way to define session timeouts in Pingdom is described here

The minimum session timeout configurable is 1 day. For security reasons, this is not a suitable timeout for our use of this application. We would like to be able to set a much shorter timeout. An idle session timeout of 15 minutes would meet our security requirements.
Additionally, the session timeout is not even configurable when you have SAML enabled, this is a serious limitation.
To summarise, the feature request is:
- Allow session timeouts of 15 minutes to be configured for security reasons
- Allow session timeouts to be configurable when you have SAML enabled
