I just realised this software doesn't allow you to use AD Groups. This is terrible as we don't have the flexibility to change OU structures in our environment simply for FTP use.

Ideal solution for our environment:

Active Directory authentication
All Authenticated Users group given File Sharing permissions only
FTP Users group given FTP and File Sharing permissions, limits etc
Admins given Full Administrative permissions
Permissions to be cumulative

This would give us so much flexibility to control user access.
