I'd like to see a commitment to this product's package updates being delivered quickly and reliably after a 3rd party vendor releases an update to their product. I shouldn't have to come to the forum and start a thread or see if anyone knows when an update is coming. If I get an RSS update from Adobe saying there is a new version of flash player I should be able to rely on being able to quickly update that product the following day without having to create the package myself. Realistically this product is all about convenience and speeding up 3rd party updating for companies, but that is only as good as how often the packages are updated. If a problem arises and you guys can't finish a package that quickly then be proactive and post something to the forum. Give us a timeline of when it is coming so we can decide if we're willing to wait or create the package ourselves. Personally for me if a 3rd party update is released on Friday I have no problem waiting for Monday to do the update, but others may feel differently.
