With reference to case#00978134, we not able to send reset states to the ServiceNow in the ServiceNow integration.
Please enhance the feature to use the ServiceNow Rome version.
Below is the article stating only Quebec, Paris & Orlando versions are supported.

yes please, many customers migrate to ServiceNow ROMA version.
We have configured the Reset State as Closed however when the alert is reset in Solarwinds the status of the incident is not being updated in ServiceNow, when reviewing in the incident integration logs there are only two fields in the payload: sysid and work_notes, the field incident state field is not included. We are using ServiceNow version Rome and Orion Platform 2020.2.6 SP3
