There are some metrics that I would rather not waste polling cylces on unless a certain precondition is met first. For example maybe I don't want to poll all of my servers every 10 minutes for paging rates unless the memory utilization is above X%. It would be nice if we could create something that said when memory use exceeds X then assign UnDP poller Pages Per Second to the specified node and when memory use drops below X then un-assign poller Pages Per Second. I used the term "Alert Action" but I wouldn't want to see the precondition threshold (in this case memory use above X%) to show up as an alert, rather the alert would be based on some threshold for the newly assigned Pages Per Second poll.
