Exclude HA standby servers from SolarWinds Diagnostics views

HA Standby servers should not be visible in the diagnostics. SWIS is stopped whilst in Standby and we should not have visible problems listed for these servers. When HA is enabled we should only see the problems for the Active server in the pool.

Similarly, I have modified alerting for a HA customer, to only alert if there is a problem with Orion Platform Services on the HA Active server.

I would like it if they could provide better filtering options in the diagnostic view. Things like Active/Passive HA members, Additional Polling Engine (APE), Additional Web (AWE) vs. Primary Engine. A similar function on the Deployment Health and Server tabs under My Deployment to keep it consistent.

Filtering is something I also raised with SW support. There is no option to do this currently.
