Create a report on active incidents in the SolarWinds Platform

This feature request should include the capability to report on incidents within the SolarWinds platform and descriptions of those incidents, including possible causes for the incidents.
Also, as part of the feature request, SolarWinds reports should have an editable note column on an incident, that could be edited once the report is generated in order to include more information about the incident.
Lastly, it should also be possible to see correlation of the incident and be able to view layer 2 and 3 maps of the connection on a node from within the active incident report.

The purpose of this report would be to reproduce the open key incidents from HP NNMi (Now Opentext) where the NOC drivers get a view of open incidents every 30 seconds filtered by root cause, service Impact, Stream Correlation, and so on. We wanted to have an option of adding notes on incident with an interactive text box (i.e crq numbers or assigned groups). Additionally to have the option of viewing layer 2, and 3 maps of the node or interface involved in the incident as a troubleshooting options to see the impact and scope of the incident.
