Add this option to the Dameware Technician Console (maybe through right-click on the PC record in the tech console). Currently, this option is controlled through the Web Admin Console or directly in the agent options on the PC. We prefer to not have to walk end users through the steps to enable / disable this option within the desktop agent.
Create this option as an assignable permission by a Dameware Administrator account to technician accounts as all technicians should not have this permission by default. Once the permission is assigned, it will show up in the technician's console as an option to enable / disable end user authorization request for access by the technician.
