We use AppInsight for SQL to monitor our SQL Instances. PLEASE add the thresholds for the instance in the Performance Counters Details. This is valuable information to have here. There is a graph with different colors to indicate the thresholds but it is sometimes difficult to figure out the exact thresholds from the graphs and sometimes the thresholds are out of range of the graff.
I have inlcuded a mockup of what I am referring to with the added thresholds in orange with big orange arrows.
