Just installed DW and noticed when remoted into other systems, whenever I press the "c" character, the CA program opens up. Any suggestions that would cause the "c" character to be used a if it was a hot key for opening the CA program?
Can you clarify what the 'CA' program is? Is this installed on your machine, or the remote machine to which you're connecting?

CA program is a Helpdesk program tracking tickets, etc. I uninstalled on my system but it is installed on all our clients.
I have seen a similar issue every once in a while when using MRC. If you select E it will open up Explorer, M would minimize, etc. I hit the Windows Key and the issue went away.
