IBM Server monitoring software

Hi everyone,

I am polling a IBM System X3550 M2 using WMI and i am not seeing the Hardware Health Monitor in "list resources". Could someone please tell me what software from IBM do i need to install on my IBM server so that Hardware Health Monitor will work?

Hi Rippie,

You need IBM Director installed on the server for SAM to pick up the hardware health info...You'll find more info on how HH works in SAM here:
