EOC display for different user

Hi,

I am currently evaluating EOC and found that when with admin account with which i have setup the servers i am able to see the complete servers

but when i give access to a different user with admin rights it shows as no data and a blank screen

not sure what is the issue?

Is this know behaviour?

Did that user specify his Orion credentials for that Orion?

If you go to the user's page in the admin section, you need to specify make sure that user has access to that Orion server and that Orion credentials are specified for that Orion.

I would make sure all the Permissions are checked for thos users also.
