Router PPP Interface discovery problem

I have a wierd problem and I'm hoping someone might have a solution for me. We have an Adtran Netvanta 3200 that is bundling 2 T1s via ppp multilink. If I use Orion to enumerate the interfaces, I see the ppp interface, but if I enumerate the interfaces with Toolset 10, I get an error. Any ideas?

We have identified this particular issue as a bug and will do our best to address it in an upcoming release. As a workaround for this particular setup, you could use an Aggregate Interface in Workspace Studio to aggregate the traffic from the two T1 links.

Thank you for your great customer support. I have it working now.

For those wondering how to aggregate, just select more than one interface of a device and the "Create Aggregate Interface" option becomes available. It creates a sort of virtual interface that it monitors.

Floyd, any chance this fix is on the radar? I saw that it wasn't in the 10.1.0.30 update...

Sys_Wiz - correct, the fix was not in 10.1. We have added code to address the issue in the current codebase, and it should be addressed in the next release.
