custom html from orion server on eoc

i have a universal device poller table and graph that i would like to have visible on one of my orion eoc main pages. i assume this is done with custom html. how do i get this table and graph source without the orion menus and such in the page. i tried view source then copied/pasted into the custom html. everything but the actual graph appeared.

You know what? After playing with it for a while, I think that you can get what you want.. Here's what I ended up with.. (I've attached an image.)

First what you need to do is isolate the resource in Orion that you want to display. In my example, I did the following steps:

First went to the Orion website with the resource that I wanted to display in an EOC resource.
Went to the Node view containing this resource.
Click on the title of the resource. (This opens a new window and "detaches" the resource. i.e. so you don't end up with all the menu and headers)
Copy the URL in this new window.

Then I created a new view in EOC web site and added the "Custom HTML" resource. I added the following text:

After saving this and loading up the web page, I was getting the Orion login screen in the new custom HTML resource (which wasn't what I wanted). Therefore, I modified the URL to include my Orion credentials:

Now, I was getting the resource just how I wanted it. Please try and let me know if it works for you as well.

NOTE: My internet explorer settings were set to "Medium" when I first started, so when the Orion login page would come up it indicated that I couldn't login because it couldn't save cookies. I changed my IE privacy settings to allow for 3rd party cookies and then I could log in. If you include the Orion credentials, I don't think that you'll run into this issue, but I haven't had enough time to play with it.

i am trying to create a view in eoc that has maps from multiple servers plus below it i want to place a gauge and table pulled from a udp that will post so it can be viewed from the top level for our operations as it is critical info

We are sorry but EOC Custom HTML resource can not be used for viewing particular Orion resources. You can, however, put link into Custom HMTL so when you click it, it will go to requested Orion page. But I guess it is not what you want.

My only advice would be to open another browser with Orion loaded and position both browsers the way all requested information are visible at a glance.
