EOC Ressource filter SQL

Filtering for custom properties works for a resource like "Global down nodes", but apparently not for "Global Node Status per Site".

Eg works for down nodes but not for all nodes: Node.CustomProperty.End_Customer='Customer'

Is there a possiblity to in EOC to show filtered nodes that are just up?
