Etucker - there sure is, open the SNMP MIB Browser, Select your target device, then click Tools->SNMP set.

AWESOME. I was not sure so I had to download

http://www.snmpsoft.com/freetools/snmpset.html in order to do it this time. You have to love Solarwinds
