nodes showing up on EOC but down on NPMs

Noticed this morning that my EOC 1.3 is showing nodes up but when we are looking at them on the NPMs they are down. Not sure if anyone else has had an issue like this that may have a simple fix but thought id ask before putting in a ticket.

What version of Orion NPM are you running? Did you upgrade or do anything to NPM recently?

We are on 10.1. havent done anything with it lately. It shows that it is polling the servers correctly, but just doesnt seem to be getting the correct statuses nor is it pulling in new interfaces that we added.

I added a new server in today. It pulled in all the nodes, but did not get any of the interfaces. so it seems to be an issue with eoc getting anything to do with those interfaces (status, new ones, anything). any ideas?

Everything seems to be up. just a problem with interfaces. i put in a ticket this morning though so we will see if we can get it fixed. thanks
