Syslog Server Evaluation License

Hi,

I wish to evaluate the latest version of Syslog Server (in particular the web interface) and have received an Evaluation License.

Unfortunately the PC that it has been installed on has had a previous version of Kiwi installed at some point in the past - maybe two or more years ago.

The Syslog Manager tells me that the Evaluation License is not correct and no matter what I try (removal of software / reinstallation, etc) I have been unable to get the Evaluation License to be accepted.

I have contacted SolarWinds and have basically been told that they can't help, I should read the forums here or read the manual.

Is there anybody here that can assist in getting the Evaluation License to install?  All I want to do is evaluate the latest version prior to purchasing - but at this stage it appears that SolarWinds do not want my business!!

My apologies Martyn, but because of the way Kiwi Syslog Server's evaluation system works, you won't be able to run separate evaluations one after the other indefinately.  All I can suggest is that you try the evaluation on another machine (or VM).
