I am new to Cattools, and would like to know how to create a device group and also a nested device group
EG:-
Country
Security
Firewall
Proxy
Network
Switches
Routers

To create a Device group in Kiwi Cattools perform the following steps
1.Click Add button in the Device Tab
2. The Device wizard will appear In that there is a column called as "Group" drop down
3.When adding the device the Group have a name as "Default".Just add the name in which you want to group the devices for ex: you want to create a group of Cisco Devices and Switches then enter the name as "Cisco" and add the device.
4.Next time when you add other device you can select the name from the Group drop down and continue adding the device.
Now in the Devices tab you can see the group created with the device details. Attaching the sample screenshot for reference.Then you can run the devices with the corresponding activities,

I think we cannot create a Nested group in Cattools in the current version. However if you have valid maintenance Please contact the Solarwinds Support Team so that it can be forwarded as a feature request which will be submitted to the Engineering Team for further investigation.
