I am trying to run a report or see usage of what SAM licenses are being used by Node and more importantly by Group so we can dynamically charge our customers on monthly usage.

are you referring to groups of nodes or groups of application monitors?
Generally speaking, you can if:
1) you have a custom property that groups your customers together
2) You assign each and every node a customer
If so, you can FAIRLY easily create a report that counts elements per node, grouped by the "customer" property.
I have created groups in the Orion Console representing the Companies we monitor. I have then assigned the nodes the nodes to the respective company group. I would like to generate a report of the SAM licenses that are being used by that "Group (Company)" so that I can bill the customer more appropriately from the number of SAM licenses they utilized. I hope I am clear...This is my first post to the community so I hope I am doing this right.
