We just installed this product at our business and we support about 30 to 40 off site laptops. I'm running into a problem where it will not let me click on certain things that require admin approval. Is there something I'm doing wrong?
What are the error messages you encounter? Do you have some screen shots to share?
support for this software has ceased to almost non-existent. The community here is going to be your only hope for any help. i do wish you luck. post as much info as you can and perhaps the community can help where SolarWinds fails.
Do you have administrative privileges on your domain credentials, richardgoans? That is one of the requirements to run Dameware successfully. Try logging in as domain admin and see if it the issue still persist.
I've found I must run DRS with administrative priviliges so the permissions will carry over to the PC I'm trying to help.
