I had an embarrassing question. The utilization of my 500Mbps internet circuit shows rx is 246 Mbps (49%) and the tx is 268Mbps (54%). Does this mean my internet is fully saturated? Should I be adding the tx and rx together to calculate the full utilization of my 500Mbps internet circuit or the highest number btwn the rx and tx is my utilization?
