Map fiber port to device?

Is their a quick and easy way with Network Performance Monitor to create a simple network map to display devices connected to our core router.

For example.

We have a Nortel 8600 with all the fibre ports connected.  Im looking to do a simple print out that says what is connected to each slot, network discovery has been already done so it knows what is where.

 

Eg.

Slot 1/1 --> 192.168.206.4 (switch)

Slot 1/2 ---> 192.168.14.3 (switch)

Have you looked at the Network Atlas tool?  It is used to create maps for your environment.  You can also use the 'Connect Now' feature to automatically draw links of connected devices.
