Need Help on SAM Exam

Hi Guys,

I have sat down for the SolarWinds SAM exam last month, but i did not succeed from it. I have went through SAM Exam Prep guide and Free videos of it, but unfortunately there were some tricky questions, which was out of prep guide (25 marked as flag).

Questions similar to below (not exact, since i don't remember):

How many component monitors can be added to a template?

1. 5
2. 10
3. 30
4. Unlimited

How many nodes can be assigned to a template?

1. 5
2. 10
3. 30
4. Unlimited

What is the permission required to acknowledge alerts?

1. Allow Administrator Rights
2. Allow Account to Unmanage Objects & Mute Alerts
3. Allow Account to Clear/Acknowledge Orion Messages
4. Allow Report Management Rights

Kindly can you provide me answers for above questions and direct me appropriate places (Study materials or Practice Qs or next Study Hour) to pass the SAM exam on the next attempt?

FYI, I have only 3 months experience on SolarWinds SAM.

Sorry to hear that!

What I can say is if you keep on working with SAM you'll learn the answers. If you can, join some of the live classes from customer portal. These two should help "Getting Started with Server & Application Monitoring" and "Building & Implementing Custom Application Templates".
