EOC grouping isn't working

I just installed EOC (SP2) and managed 2 Oprion 9 SP3 servers. It took me awhile to figure out the use of the resources but what I am trying to accomplish it won't let me.

I am dragging to Global Node Status by Site and Global Node Status by Site (1) to the Added section and configured one to use Poller 1 and the orther to use Poller 2. I also am using Grouping of Type and Purpose for the top one and it works.

The bottom one shows all nodes from both pollers no matter what I check for the poller. I have even unchecked both and it still displayed all.

If I use one or more groupings other than Level 0 - Orion it says no data to display.

Has anyone else seen this and is there a work around?

I was not able to reproduce your issue.

To better help you, please submit a ticket with our support and provide a diagnostics file. You can generate the diagnostics file by running the application, Start Menu -> Programs -> SolarWinds Orion Enterprise Operations Console -> EOC Diagnostics

I was speaking to William in tech support on this issue - seems for some reason the custom properties did not copy over from one of our Orion's. I deleted the Orion in question from EOC and readded it - same. I then reran the EOC configuration wizard - no change. They do not show up in the EOC_NodeCustomProperties table - only one poller's custom properties do.

Yes, the custom properties do show up in the individual Orion's....
