Hyper-V Win81/10 VMs incoming connection access denied - Problem

Hi,

if I want to connect to a Hyper-V Win81 oder Win10-virtual machine, I got "error 5 - access denied"-Problem. For Win7 virtual machine and physical PC it works, so it is only a problem of Win81/Win10-VMs.

The Dameware Remote Support Service is installed an running in the VMs.
