Configuring Netflow on Cisco 3560 Switches

Question

I've read via the Thwack Community forum that Netflow is not supported by lower end Cisco switches, therefore, must be configured at a higher level, i.e., router.  Will configuring on the router allow the reporting of an end user's IP address?  We need to be able to see this in the source or destination IP information.  Thanks for any help that can be provided.

Yes.  You will be able to see the source and destination address from the router that the traffic is going through.  You just have to capture from the Vlan interfaces on the router and it should work.
