Basic Alert not performing actions

All,

I have some Basic Alerts enabled to send an email when a trigger condition is met. In the Web Interface and in System Manager, I see the alert as being triggered, but the email is never sent.

I am running Orion 8.5.1 with SP3.

Any ideas?
