I changed the kiwi syslog server of computer and I forgot to deactivated the license. Now I can not activate license in the new server. Is there some procedure for recovering the license that is binded with the old server?

You will need to use the Solarwinds License Manager on the old system to deactivate the license. It will send it back to the licensing servers and make a new key in your Customer Portal.
If the old system is no longer available, you will need to Contact Customer Service to reset the license.
