Information service pegging consuming CPU(NPM 12 RC)

We upgraded to NPM 12 RC / SAM 6.3 RC yesterday. Ever since then, the Solarwinds.InformationService.Service on our Primary Orion server consumes the majority of available CPU until the it is pegged at 99% utilization. Is anyone else experiencing this?

It seem to take about 20 minutes from the time service start until the symptoms appear. I've moved polling jobs to our APE's, but it does not make a different.

In task manager, it shows SolarwindsInformationService.Service comsuming the most CPU resources, with the Info Service V3 as a child process.

I have not bounced the server yet, and I don't know if that would help.

If rebooting doesn't fix it I would try reinstalling the service.

I tried rebooting earlier. A Solarwinds developer looked at the server and recommended several changes based in findings. One change was to allocate more CPU's to the VM. I added them and its' been running <50% CPU utilization since. We have some security processes that can be scaled back to improve performance as well. I haven't implemented them yet.
