How to uninstall NCM NPM Integration

I am running NCM 5.5.2 and I want to upgrade to V6.1 but I need to uninstall the NPM integration piece, how do I do that?

Yes it will not remve via add/ remove program.

go to your registery / find the "Nework Configuration Manager Plugin " and remove all enteries .

This will go away from the Add /remove program and you will be able to upgrade.

Thanks for the reply, I haven't had a chance to try it yet because I need to create a formal ticket for this as the company I work for has a change control process in place.

Ok Perfect.

Just to let you know some additional . you can see further error details in ConfigurationWizard.log

Windows 2003 :

C:\Documents and Settings\All users\Application Data\SolarWinds\logs\Orion

Open the ConfiguraionWizard.log fine in txt and scrole down to the bottom you should be able to see the reg key which is blocking installer to this error.

you can search and remove the whole key contaner .

if its not going that far then do the first solution to remove from registery
