If its any help (and not too late) - I'm running ipMonitor Version: 10.0 build 1371 on a Windows Server 2008 R2 - without any problems.

We have not tested IPMonitor 10.0 on a Windows 2008 R2 server so it's not supported.

I'll mark this for the Product Manager to see about adding it to the feature list.
