I just noticed that I don't see a Windows service for IPSLA...like NTA, etc. EOC is showing it down on 1 server but I'm on that server and the IPSLA graphs are working, etc.

Nope, take a look at the VoIP Collector service resource on the actual Orion web site.
There isn't a service just for IP SLA. IP SLA utilizes the Orion Module Engine and Job Scheduler services.
Is this a new stance from SW now? I mean NTA has it's own service, Voip Monitor had the same. EOC is reporting the IPLSA manager down on one of rmy servers and it's not. I'm not sure what to restart to fix that.
Is the service that EOC is reporting as down, the one running on your main Orion poller?
Did you have at one point additional VoIP Monitor installations when you installed IP SLA Manager?
We have 4 Orion servers. 1 runs the old VoIP Monitor because it's running V9.1. The Other Orion server, showing down, is IPSLA Manager on a 9.5.1 server.
These were both showing "up" last week.
