HP StoreOnce monitoring possible from Solarwinds?

Hi All,

Anyone monitoring HP StoreOnce from Solarwinds? I do not see it listed under supported storage under SRM.

Hi,

how did you manage this StoreOnce equipment as it is not in SRM ? I'm pooling it via SNMP but NMP does not even find the machine type... How can I monitor the life of the disks ?

I wasnt able to add under monitoring..

We had a test equipment available for some time so i did try to dig around different ways but only way possible is via Traps. I wasnt trying under SRM.

You can go into StoreOnce and add the trap destination to Solarwinds server. But here i found another thing that, in Storeonce there was no way to send only a specific severity traps...i didnt have any expert to confirm on this.

So overall couldnt do complete testing... You can give a try trap method and maybe UnDP if you get any supported OIDs.
