I noticed that Windows 2012R2 is no longer listed, will installation now fail on Windows 2012R2 on NPM 12.3?

The System Requirements for NPM 12.3 have remained unchanged. That version continues to support Windows/SQL 2012. The latest 12.4 release however, no longer supports Windows Server or SQL Server 2012.
