Is there a reason that the option to amend "Change password at next logon" and "Unlock account" are not available to roles below Junior Administrator when using the web client?
Junior Administrator Options
User Defined Service Desk Account with all "Functions" options enabled for the role = no option for unlock account or do not change password at next logon:
The user defined account has the right to unlock accounts and reset the password so it would be good to have the option to not change passwords at next logon, for things like service accounts for example.
The options are available for the User Defined Account when logged in to the Full Client.
