I have been trying to figure this out for some time, It is probably in front of my face somewhere but...
I want to change the technician details from the workstation name to the tech's name and the client from the ip address to the workstation name
Example:
Technician: IT-LT4 (Tech Name)
Client: 172.20.4.32 (Client Workstation name)
Start time: 12/18/18 12:59 PM (UTC)
End time: 12/18/18 01:01 PM (UTC)
Duration: 2 minute(s)
Session termination: The session was closed by the client.
Help would be appreciated.
