VM inconsistent volume information

I have what seems to be a problem with VM disks.

If I look at the node summary screen I see the correct details...(note the serial number 94a2bc7c)

If I go into manage nodes I also get the correct details...

But if I do a list resources I see this...(note the serial number is different)

Moreover, and the reason this came to light, I have a web report that details all Windows drives and it shows the same wrong info....serials and sizes incorrect

It could be that this machine was P2V recently, Im wondering if this may explain the discrepency?

Anyone got any ideas?
